Motorcycle Rental in Co-operation with Eagle Rider Customer OrientationEvery client will receive orientation to the motorcycle. The client orientation will cover all aspects of safe motorcycle operation, the clients' maintenance responsibilities, local and state laws.
Storage Will be provided for client luggage, airline tickets, and other valuables free of charge, however at clients' risk.
Helmets (Included in Daily Rental Rate) Helmets are provided with all motorcycle rentals and all tours. Clients are encouraged to bring their own helmets for comfort and style reasons.
Motorcycle Substitution The right to substitute the motorcycle confirmed to rental Client is reserved. Should we not be able to provide confirmed motorcycle a similar or better model will be provided to the Client. This constitutes the maximum liability.
Fuel Fuel costs are the client's responsibility. Clients will receive motorcycle with a Full Tank of fuel and is responsible to return the motorcycle with a full tank of fuel. If Clients doesn’t return the motorcycle with a Full Tank, then they will be subject to a $ 25 refueling charge. Client has the option at pick-up of rental to purchase a Pre-Paid Fuel Option for $ 15 and can return the motorcycle empty
Maintenance Responsibility The customer is responsible for checking engine oil levels at each refuelling and reporting mechanical failures immediately. Instructions and procedures for maintenance expense reimbursement are provided at pick-up. Customers may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in motorcycle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance.
Driver Requirements All drivers must be 21 years or older, and must posses a valid drivers license that qualifies him/her to operate a motorcycle in the country of origin. (Endorsement). International license are on valid in combination of the issuing country. We accept all driver licenses issued by any country as long it is endorsed for motorcycle. GERMAN 1A Licenses are accepted at all locations. Please note upon reservation.
Security DepositsA security deposit of $1,000 (no insurance purchased) - $500 (VIP insurance)- $300 (Enhanced VIP insurance) will be taken at pick-up (Authorization Only). Security deposit must be processed via valid credit card.
Rallies and Rally Surcharges All rallies subject to a $45 per day surcharge and may require a minimum days rental period.
Additional Drivers 1 additional driver permitted at no extra charge. Minimum Age for Additional Drivers: 21. Valid motorcycle license is required.
Driving Area Restrictions: (Violation of listed restrictions voids all VIP Theft & Damage Waivers and client will be held liable for damages.) Road Restriction: Rental motorcycles are not allowed on gravel roads, beaches, "logging" or other non-public roads. Mexico Restriction: Clients cannot enter Mexico on a USA bike without written authorization or accompanied by an EagleRider Guide. Death Valley WARNING: Entering Death Valley during the months of June - August is consided a high risk due to extreme weather conditions. Clients travel during the listed months, travel at their own risk.
Deposit RequirementsCash deposits are not accepted. Following rental deposits will be accepted: VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Discover
Payment Methods Reservations can be paid with MASTER / Eurocard, VISA and AMEXCO credit cards as well as all Traveler Checks in US-Dollars. At the moment of booking we will charge the client the non-refundable amount of USD 200. The balance of the invoice will be charged on clients credit card 30 days prior to departure day and if the departure day is less than 30 days prior from booking day, the credit card will be charged immediately for the full amount of the invoice.
Following methods of payment will be accepted at the Eagle Rider rental station: Cash, Traveler's Cheques, VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club, JCB
Insurance Policies and Surcharges
All insurance, coverage and waivers are subject to the express terms and conditions of the rental contract and do not include coverage for injury, personal property, or damage as the result of negligence such as illegal use or use of renal while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Clients are required to contact the pick-up station and file a Police Report within 48 hours of any damage or accident. Any damages to rented motorcycle without a police report is considered Renter’s fault.
The above insurances must be booked and paid for at the rental station.

Closed Dates & HolidaysJanuary 1,2008 / March 23, 2008 / May 26, 2008 / July 4, 2008 / September 1, 2008 / November 27, 2008 / December 25, 2008 Pick-Up, Return & Late Charges
Pick-Up Time of rental motorcycle is accepted during the above mentioned rental location business hours. Clients are required to telephone the Rental Station on the morning of the pick-up day to schedule their transfer and pick-up time. Pick-ups are not honoured after 4:30 pm.
Return Time of rental motorcycle is accepted during the above mentioned rental location business hours. One rental day is based on a 24-hour rental period starting from the time of pick-up. No refunds for early motorcycle returns are granted however a “rain check” will be provided for a future rental.
Late Charge: A $25 per hour penalty is assessed if the motorcycle is retuned late from scheduled drop off time.
Cancellation Fees Fees are based on Total Booking Amount (Daily rental rate + Daily Mileage Option + VIP/EVIP)
Booking Changes The Cancellation Policy will apply to any changes made to a confirmed booking less than 30 days. Changes include but are not limited to, change in motorcycle model, pick-up/return cities, dates, and one-ways. I (We) agree to the above stated terms and conditions
